We’ll coordinate a convenient time for our technician to come to your home or office. Please note: Same Day service requests have an extra fee.

Step 3: Onsite Assessment

Our technician evaluates the situation in person, diagnosing hardware, software, or network issues.

Step 4: Hands-On Resolution

We perform the necessary repairs, installations, or configurations right on site, ensuring your systems are fully operational. When possible, we do everything possible to have first visit resolution.

Step 5: Testing and Verification

Before leaving, we test all devices and systems to confirm the issue is resolved and everything is working as expected.

We typically perform hardware repairs onsite at your location which means you don't have the hassle of unplugging cables or taking time out of your day to drop off your unit. If you'd prefer to meet elsewhere other than your home or office, we can make those arrangements as well.
